Job Roles and Responsibilities:
🔹 1. Sales Executive / Financial Consultant
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for insurance products.
- Educate clients about suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure policy renewals and upselling.
- Participate in promotional activities and campaigns.
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value clients.
- Provide tailored financial solutions through life insurance products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service.
- Regularly update customers on new offerings, policy changes, and renewals.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and manage business opportunities through channel partners and direct sales.
- Build a strong distribution network by onboarding agents or advisors.
- Monitor sales performance and provide support to achieve targets.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for agents.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitors.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and policy-related issues.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client concerns quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
