Job Roles and Responsibilities – Relationship Manager (Yes Premia)
- Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with Yes Premia clients.
Act as the single point of contact for all banking and financial needs of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Ensure regular engagement with clients through meetings, calls, and digital interactions to understand evolving needs.
Portfolio Management
Manage a portfolio of premium clients with a focus on growing the relationship value.
Monitor client portfolios and suggest adjustments based on market conditions, risk appetite, and financial goals.
Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and performance tracking.
Sales and Revenue Generation
Cross-sell and upsell various banking products such as savings accounts, term deposits, mutual funds, insurance, loans, credit cards, and investment products.
Identify opportunities to generate revenue through tailored financial solutions.
Achieve assigned targets for sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Financial Advisory
Provide customized financial advice based on clients’ risk profiles and life goals.
Stay updated on market trends, financial instruments, and regulatory changes to provide insightful recommendations.
Educate clients on product features, returns, and associated risks.
Customer Onboarding and Service Delivery
Assist in the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring all KYC and compliance formalities are met.
Ensure high standards of service delivery by coordinating with operations, backend teams, and product specialists.
Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory policies in all client interactions and documentation.
Mitigate risks by performing due diligence and periodic account reviews.
Maintain records and reports as per compliance and audit guidelines.
Market and Competitor Analysis
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Recommend innovative solutions and strategies to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, investment advisors, and customer service teams to deliver holistic financial solutions.
Share best practices and contribute to the development of a strong sales and service culture within the team.
Client Retention and Loyalty
Implement client retention strategies to reduce attrition and increase loyalty.
Celebrate key client milestones (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) to personalize relationships.
Take proactive measures to recover inactive or at-risk clients.
Reporting and Performance Tracking
Maintain detailed MIS (Management Information Systems) reports on client interactions, product performance, and sales targets.
Use CRM tools to track client activities, feedback, and engagement levels.
Regularly review and analyze performance metrics to ensure goal alignment.
