Acting as the primary contact, they coordinate with onshore teams for domain-related tasks and escalations. Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process payroll transactions accurately and on time as per client commitments.
- Handle both regular (on-cycle) and special (off-cycle) payroll runs using SAP and Payroll Control Center.
- Resolve complex payroll issues like retro adjustments (PU03), wage mismatches, and simulation errors.
- Validate post-payroll steps such as GL posting, DME file creation, and simulation checks.
- Manage payroll corrections, including 221 entries using tools like YANA, YAWA, TWEG, and ADJT.
- Familiar with PAUX, PAKY, and PAUY for Infotype 221.
